3-Day EIL Intensive
This immersive Executive Leadership Training introduces leaders to the foundations of Peak Performance WITH Emotional Intelligence (PPEI).
Over three days, leaders learn how their nervous system and emotional patterns influence decision-making, communication, and workplace dynamics.
The training helps leaders identify internal barriers that limit their evolution and performance, including stress responses, unresolved emotional patterns, and automatic reactions that impact leadership effectiveness.
Leaders leave the program with tools that help them:

3-Month EIL Integration Program
For organizations seeking deeper transformation, the integration program expands the 3-day training into a three-month leadership development experience.
Participants begin with the 3-Day PPEI Intensive, then continue with guided integration designed to help leaders apply what they learned to their daily work and personal lives.
During the three-month program, leaders complete a structured workbook that helps them:
• Organize their nervous system
• Improve emotional regulation
• Increase mental clarity and focus
• Strengthen decision-making under stress
• Develop healthier leadership patterns
• Improve mental wellbeing and resilience
Each month, leaders participate in consultation sessions where they receive guidance and support as they apply the material and navigate through integrating the material. That's why this emotional intelligence leadership training is so effective.
This phase is where the real transformation occurs.

Beginning in 2027, Vision Expansio will launch a year-long credentialing program designed to shift leadership culture across entire organizations. This program will credential your leaders as Emotional Intelligent Leaders (EIL) through a structured training and development process with strict regulations and requirements.
The program will include participation in large qualitative research studies focused on emotional intelligence, leadership development, and workplace culture to assist in the innovations of future leaders.
The research initiative will include approximately 1,000 leaders across multiple organizations, representing a variety of company sizes. This research will allow Vision Expansio to deepen the understanding of how emotional intelligence and nervous system regulation impact:
